​彫金、七宝、漆等の技法を使いながらも枠や方法にとらわれる事がない、唯一無二の作品を作っています。

彫金七宝百色眼鏡（万華鏡）を宇宙を内包するオブジェとして制作しています。テーマでもある宇宙、歴史、神話、音楽をベースに物語性のあるオブジェを制作しています。今まで取り組んでいた’天体観測’という独自の映像をもつ万華鏡も北斗美学作品の中心となります。

Engraved metal cloisonné

I use engraving, cloisonné and lacquer techniques, without restricting any framework or methods and striving to create unique art works. 

Rather than calling them kaleidoscopes, they are more like pieces of art, and I aim to create a piece that tells a story about the universe, mythology and music. 

The astronomer series is a unique collection of images of kaleidoscopes that I have been working on and are my core Hokuto Bigaku work.
